A Raisin In The Sun
I think that the movie version of the play was so good. I really enjoyed watching it rather than reading it. The actors did such a great job. Especially Walter and Ruth. They were amazing. It felt like they really did exactly what was done in the play. It just fit really well. My favorite part of the play was were they went to go see their future home. It was so nice to see them so happy and hopefull there. The set was not exactly how I imagined, but it was close to how I imagined it. I thought it was way smaller. Although it was small. Overall i really liked this movie and im glad that I got the chance to read and watch it!

Dreaming Big!
What I would do with 100,000 is spend it on a lot of things. Things that I have always wanted, but not waste all of it. I would save most of it or half of it just incase of any emergencies. I would spend some first with my family and people that have been there for me. They always give me what I need and are always there for me, so I will too. I would also use it to achieve my dreams of going to college especially because its not that easy to get that kind of money. And I really want to become a Journalist so that money would be helpful. Anyways I would also give to people that need it like the homeless. Because if it were reversed and I was homeless, I would not mind getting some money from people. Bottom line is that I would not be stingy.

A Raisin In The Sun
So far, this play seems really good and entertaining. It also is relate-able to a lot of people and their families. I really like it so far, especially the characters and how they all are so different. I think that the character that I can relate to the most is Beneatha because I can be a little like how she acted with her mom with my mom. Even though I regret it right after. I also have big dreams with my education! Shes also very strong. And has big dreams like me. Shes also very caring and I am too.
BENEATHA (Dropping to her knees)
Well – I do – all right? – thank everybody! And forgive me for ever wanting to be anything at all! (Pursuing him on her knees across the floor) FORGIVE ME, FORGIVE ME, FORGIVE ME! (1.1.123)

Music.
Everybody needs music, it helps people relax. Music is my passion. I am always listening to it when I can. And when I have time. I listen to various genres. I can listen to pretty much anything. From r&b to hip hop, or from Spanish music to rock. I just love it. I can't go a day without hearing something from the radio or my ipod. I feel that when words fail, music speaks.

Blog Assignment #2
My experience in English 11 semester 1 so far has been great. I have learned a lot, like on how to write editorials better, improving on writing essays and also on root words and prefixes. I improved with a lot of things too. Like reading and writing because of the assignments you gave us and SSR. I also learned a lot from Huck Finn, it was a challenging novel but overall it helped me. It was good that we read that novel because we still have to later on in college, also because its a novel that is really big in America. I just learned a lot over this semester and I hope next semester I can learn even more!
Friends/Friendship
Friends are very important. I think that everyone needs friends. Friends can help you with everything, especially when you are feeling down. They will always be there for you no matter what. And wont care about what others think. Some friends are so special that they are considered as family. And true friends will always be there for you.
